Golf Putter Fitting Online

what do you guys think of this custom golf fitting place?

I am considering using this place to purchase my new set of clubs. The online form is there, and then I would go in for a follow up fitting.
What do you guys think of custom fitting in general, a full set (no putter but already have one) would run be appx 600-700 dollars CDN I was told.
